Abstract

ECG data are still necessary to solve the cardiovacular events in aviation medicine in spite of advancing of diagnostic tools. Therefore, we analyzed abnormal ECG findings with total flying time in pilots, ROKAF..
Abnormal findings on initial ECG were Sinus bradycardia. Incomplete RBBB and Nonspecific ST T change in the order. The prevalence of abnormal ECG findings on last examination was 10. 5% (137/1310) and the incidence of abnormal ECG findings
related
to
flying was 11.7% (1.0/1235)
We observed relation between the increase of total flying time and the occurrence of Sinus bradycardia or Nonspecific ST-T change.
These results will be applied to the basis of research as well as clinical aviation medicine.
